They helped me with the set up and support has been brilliant. The motor is really strong which has allowed me to keep intensity high when I've wanted to (speeds upto 20kph). Generally I run at around 15kph. Just as well as the one I used to use at the gym.

This product is very useful for me. I feel comfortable when i use this treadmill.

The running deck is spacious and so smooth. Size wise it feels like a gym treadmill, approx half a meter wide and a meter and a half long, there is enough space to feel very comfortable and my partner (who isn't a big fan of treadmills) found it easy to get on and go.

It was very easy to assemble, even though the manual referenced parts that weren't included or needed.
The first few runs have been great, tried a few of the programs and they help to mix up normal flat running.

Very pleased I purchased this. Highly recommended for home use.

I use the treadmill multiple times a week and have had no issues.

It’s good for the price point but make sure you have really good padded walking shoes. There is absolutely no padding on the carpet. Not too loud.
Don’t look down or around or you will get dizzy 😂

I really like my new walking pad but the calorie count was half of what my Apple Watch said it was. So from now on I will ignore the calorie count on the walking pad and depend on my reliable Apple Watch.

Very sturdy, and the auto incline feature adds a nice challenge to my workouts. It's perfect for walking or light jogging at home. Super easy to use and that's exactly what I needed!

really like it took a little time to adjust not having bars to hold but for the money its great and I have lost 26lbs since getting it Highly recommend this.

Really jealous with my varicose veins.
