Also you can fold it so you dont need so much space which is most i love because my home gym room kind of small. The foam paddings are thick, high-density which is provides excellent support and cushioning during workouts. And multiple incline positions and seat adjustments make it suitable for a wide range of exercises, targeting different muscle groups effectively. All the necessary tools were included, so set up was easy. I highly recommend this bench for anyone seeking a reliable, adjustable,good quality , clean looking , affordable and comfortable workout home equipment.
