Great flexibility!

I love my Bowflex kettle bells! I use them for deadlifts (I bought 2), mostly. Depending on what I want to achieve, I modulate the weight: just turn the wheel, and it's done!!
I find them to be of good quality, easy to change the weight, good dimensions.

Soooo good!

These are fantastic. Sure, they look a bit unorthodox, compared to normal weights, but they really are fantastic. You get used to them quickly, meaning no exercise I’ve tried (at least yet) is restricted by them being a bit oversized

If I did have one tiny gripe, it’s the increments between the likes of 11-14 Kgs and 20-23 Kgs. It would be a little bit better if the incrementals here were closer. But, it really is a very minor gripe

Love these

I bought 2 of these and 2 of a cheaper brand that offers different increments. So I can swap between the 2 sets for smaller increases in weight than these alone offer.

Compared to the cheaper brand these are far superior. The size is quite big which is a slight negative point for some exercises like Bicep curl. The weight plates are quite secure and solid in the handle whereas the cheaper one the plates are quite loose and can even be moved up and down. So it is worth buying these more expensive ones.

It’s Bowflex, so it’s expensive but the best.

Buy once and buy to last. This is a lovely piece of kit and well worth adding to the home gym. Very easy to use and compact. Bowflex also offers a free year of their training app with a hardware purchase, so the kettlebell pays for itself. Just remember to cancel the app subscription at the end of the year and then treat yourself to another piece of Bowflex kit for another free year.

Good value, not best handle

I actually have two of these now, bought a second so I could train with two or if I have a training partner round. Both times I brought one it was on sale.

Design: the shell for this product seems to be longer in drop than a standard kettle bell, the hand is a lot wider so makes some movements awkward.
Reliability: I've never had any issues changing the weight value, it is smooth and works with ease. When doing kettlebell swings I worry the weight will come flying out but in over a year of use it never has so seems fairly secure.
Value: Very very good for saving space, and providing a good variety of weights at a lower price point then buying them separately. Increments do not rise in fixed values which can annoying, for instance the sequence goes 11kg to 16kg then 18kg.
