Great for home gym

This works wonderfully for my home gym inside my NYC apartment. It folds out of the way easily and is lightweight enough to assemble in just minutes. It’s also very sturdy. I have stepped on it and it doesn’t topple. Well worth the price.

Great bench for weigh training

The bench is strong and stable. I have been using it for 1 year, no issues. It helps me with all my bench and shoulder presses. Totally recommend this bench, it's a great product at a great price.

UPDATE- Beware: no customer support

After posting my review, the company reached out to make the situation right. Which is better than never, I suppose. I’ve added two stars to the review to account for that.

The bench seems fine, considering what I paid. As others have mentioned, it is not the most sturdy—though I have done step ups onto it and didn’t tip it over. It seems overall small, but I’m 5’4” and shrinking, so it’s fine. It is a bit awkward to fold and unfold every day, but it’s not complicated. The back adjustment is very easy—but as I saw in another review, it would be better if there was a way to “lock” it in position. The cushion feels like I’d expect for this low price—like it will crack and tear without much pressure, so I plan to be careful with it.
