Nice comprehensive set

A nice comprehensive set of exercise resistance ropes. Five varying strengths of ropes are included, the thickest, strongest one is black, followed by red, orange, green and yellow being the thinnest, weakest one. These colours differ from the supplied information leaflet.
The ropes have securely attached carabiner clips at each end which can clip into the supplied hand grips, velcro ankle/leg straps or door attachment.

These Resistance Bands with Handles are a fantastic addition to my fitness routine. The upgrade to braided latex is a game-changer—these bands are incredibly durable and break-resistant, even under intense workouts. The handles are comfortable and well-designed, making it easy to perform a variety of exercises with confidence.

Comfortable to use

Whilst these are fairly standard resistance bands, what makes these ones better than others are the included grab handles. It is so much better to have these than have to wrap the resistance band around your hands when you use them.

A very versatile resistance band set.

This is a nice resistance band set for the money. Very adaptable and decently made.

The kit arrives in a branded box. Inside is a drawstring bag containing all of the kit. You get 5 resistance bands, a door anchor, two pull handles, two wrist/ankle straps and an exercise sheet. I wouldn't say the quality and presentation of the kit is exceptional, but it's good enough considering the price.
