This mat is exactly what I needed for stretching! It's thick and has good grip, though a little narrower than expected. Great for the price!

Squooshy

We have gone through many yoga mats, that breakdown, tear and leave bits of rubber/plastic all over the room. These seem well made, really soft and more durable. They are thicker than my last mats and come with a nice carry strap. There were a number of color choices but I purchased one in purple and blue. Both lovely colors. Time will tell if they hold up!
