For the price it is very well made and very comfortable to ride. It has a resistance mechanism to adjust the intensity levels and this can give you a great workout. The display is good and displays calories, speed and time. We usually use it in the sitting room while we watch tv and it is very quite and does not disturb our viewing.

I have had sciatica for over a year and I was advised by the doctor to start doing some form of exercise which would be gentle on my back and my joints so that it didn't make my problem worse. When I saw this exercise bike with the resistance bands I instantly thought that this would be ideal for me. I am now getting a great all round workout without aggravating my sciatica. This bike is of excellent build quality and a really good thought out design. It folds away nicely after use by simply pulling out a large pin that locks the bike in the open position, and the back seat rest also folds inwards and down.

If you look for a compact, sturdy, silent bike with a cool design without too many bells and whistles, do not hesitate one second! I have built it on my own, instructions are very easy and clear. I have purchased the basic model as I think it looks cooler, if you don’t need to cycle sitting back. Great convenient way to do some cardio from the comfort of your home when it’s too cold or rainy to exercise outdoors or if you have poor knees, as cycling is low impact. You can put your phone or iPad above the display and watch your favorite series or listen to the radio, audiobook or podcast. Love it!

I received this product a few days ago, I decided to buy it because I want to improve my stamina and also want to be moving while watching TV, it made a solid impression when unpacking, the housing is made of plastic but that is expected even at the low price, what I really like is the volume of the part, even with a higher resistance I don't make the part particularly loud, the resistance is great at the advice below Hiring, all in all I can't complain and would Definitely recommend
