Given that I bought it for a classic road bike and that it seems to me that it is designed mainly for this type of velocipede, the article is really perfect: it comes assembled, just open it; the pin is the exact size of my Lazzaretti 28"; the fixing mechanism is trivial even for a clumsy person like me... if you want to be really strict, the internal counterbutterflies (which help to keep the locking position) are made of a not exactly magnificent plastic and tend to slip inwards, losing the counterstop function: at worst I will replace some hypotheses with two metal bolts of the same pitch; for now I check them frequently. Little noise and only at low speeds in the pressure gauge, but I think this depends on the smooth semitubular part of an almost serious road bike. I imagine that if you put on a city tire or, worse, a cross tire, the subject changes a lot. The pressure gauge for the progression of commitment works very well: it has a good excursion but I think that even that has a lot of influence on the model and size of the tire. In short: I put my beautiful Lazzaretti back “on the road”, which I had now hung on the nail, since in the last two outings to Rome I had had a hole practically immediately... Great buy! p.s. the blue color is very nice, even if I should have taken green, the same color as my bike: but since perfect things don't exist... I took advantage.
