Good product, gentle exercise

More gentle than bicycle type exercises.
But if you are very disabled your feet may move about at first. I have had to steady feet.

Perfect item to get my father !

Great exercise leg machine to bring back muscle loss that my father Needs back. He started on 10 minutes a day, Soon it will be 15.

I have to sit a lot so this machine to keep my legs moving a couple of times a day seems a good idea. I’ve had no problems with it so far and it’s very comfortable in use. I’ve had similar machines that pedal where it’s hard to stop feet from sliding off or they tip up or slide about. Not had this problem with this machine which makes me like it even more. Whether it’s doing me any good or not well that’s the question as I’ve not used it long enough to find out yet.
