I couldn't have done without it

Intensively used for shoulder rehabilitation. Recommended by physiotherapists, they are a guarantee. Too bad for the dust that takes a while to eliminate, but it's worth it to have quality ranges with a measure of quantitative resistance.

A good resistance bands set

All in all a good set of resistance bands with three different resistances. I used the yellow band following a suggestion by my physiotherapist as part of a rehab program for a serious finger injury.

Good levels of tension for a beginner progressing

I bought these for physio, where beginner level bands are needed. These start at a sensible level and progress in useful increments. Tip from me: be careful when you seperate them as I managed to rip the end of one as they're stuck together a bit.
