Great bands

Each band has a purpose and is great for progressive through a warmup or adding assistance.

Good range of weight resistance. Bands are well made. Should have included some instructions.

This set of resistance bands can provide a pretty good workout and allow for a wide range of motion and exercises. The bands seem to be well made but I have not been using them long term to give a definite verdict of the durability but I'll update this review at a later date to confirm if they are as durable as they seem. I don't really have a reason to doubt the durability of them though.

very nice rubber resistance bands

very nice bands with different strengths resistance. very well made and will last you a long time, nice little bag to place away when not in use. lovely door anchor comes with the bands. like where its made from rubber so not easy to slip off your body and hurting yourself.
