The breadth of the levels of resistance across the 6 bands is excellent and makes this set...

Since buying my first set in Covid lockdown, and in the years since, I have owned many different sets of resistance bands and tried multiple others of friends or at gyms etc., and as such have a fair idea of what makes a good set of resistance bands and what does not.

What you get with good quality bands is that the resistance feels true from the moment the band is no longer slack until it is fully extended during the exercise.

Great quality set of bands

Ive bought a few different sets of these type of bands and they do tend to break easily, however these bands just feel....well...better. They are brilliant quality and give the resistance that they advertise. You get a bag to keep the tucked away in, an exercise chart with some great suggestions on there, and a door anchor meaning they are so versatile. I am really impressed with this set - over and above some competitors.
