Nice roller, recommend

I have several foam rollers. This is my favorite. Has just the right amount of soft foam over top of rigid plastic. Also works well for travel as middle space can be used to pack other items.

Great for your back

This roller is perfect in so many ways. Great size and firmness. My husband uses daily and my son who plays college lacrosse tried it and loved it so we bought a second one for him to take to school with him. Rolls the pain away.

Sturdy

I did some research and found this brand to be well regarded. This really helped with my sore upper back and it’s good quality so I don’t feel worried putting my full weight on it.
