Very good for whole body exercise

It is perfect for whole body exercise and easy to install， it is good to have a phone/pad stand on it, and it is good to have it in the home gym.

Amazing

You can connect your smartphone or tablet to the rowing machine through Bluetooth which helps you to track your results. Assembling is not hard within 30 minutes everything can be done and put to use. The LCD monitor allows you to track your progress. This is a great way for full body workout. Amazing functions and well built product. It’s quite heavy can be moved around if needed but I would prefer keeping it in one corner. Good buy 👍

Indoor rowing machine mat 8.5 x 2.3 feet

This is a a very durable mat we are using for our rowing machine that is on a wood floor. It does not slip or move. It vacuums up nicely and the thickness is good. I believe it is a good value for the money. I recommend it.

Fits under a Concept2 Rower

This fits the Concept2 roer very well. I think there is 6 or so inches of mat in the front and back of the rower. It’s not super thick, but it’s a mat to put under your rower, it’s designed to catch sweat as it pours off of when you work out. It does that very well. No regrets at all.
