Worth the money

I love this vibration plate. It works great and is very quiet. I have no more pain in my legs, it is helping with my circulation and weight loss. I love that it has a high weight limit which means my husband can enjoy it also. It’s easy to use and has a manual to guide you. It also came with other accessories.

Great for Blood Circulation

I’ve been using this Vibration Exercise Machine for 7 days straight. I got it to help with circulation and weight loss. I can feel a difference in my legs and calves even though I have not seen any weigh loss yet, it makes me sweat. I started sweating within 2 minute of walking with a low speed setting. I’m getting results from less swelling in my ankles and my thighs are tightening and toning up. I like the idea of having a remote but, it only works after holing and pushing the buttons a couple of times then it goes too fast as if it thinks that I’m still holding or pushing it. I’m still okay without using it. I love that it does not make a lot of noise and has different level of speed with walking, running and jogging levels. I like that you can adjust the time up and or down. It’s nice that it comes with exercise resistance bands. Now, I’m ready to see some weight loss.

Good quality works well.

I was not sure if this would work or was a gimmick. First of all it is good quality for the price very sturdy. I started with 10 minutes on the lowest setting and used the resistance bands. my heart rate went up and I could feel it working in my legs. again, still didn’t think it was going to work out anything until the next day and my legs were hurting just like they do when I go to the gym- I did do squats while I was on the plate. I used it while watching television, so it’s really easy to do. Before you know it time is up it has helped me with balance also as my gait was off. The resistance bands that come with it also help a lot. We use them after we get off plate. My workout partner has lost 2 pounds already using this.

Very quiet

Received this vibration plate quickly, it works great & is very quiet when on. Has a 450 lb weight limit which means my husband can use it too. Been using it for 2 weeks & I feel great no more pain my legs. I think it’s even helping with varicose veins in my legs a little- need more time to tell . Will up again soon with more results. I did get on sale so the price was good too. Very happy with it & would buy again.

Great Exercise Device

I’m really enjoying the vibration plate. It’s quite sturdy. I bought it to help strengthen my bones & improve my balance. It gives me a quick, challenging workout and fits neatly under one of our couches. So far I’m in the 10 minute setting but look forward to increasing my time on it.
