A great easy to use machine

I wanted to wait for a little bit to get a good review of this.
The instruction manual is fine, but it doesn’t really tell you what each level does. I looked that up online and was able to assess what level would work for me. This honestly does work out your legs and core, especially if you are in a somewhat squatted position. The way that it shakes you definitely makes you engage your muscles so that you stay balanced. I like to use this while watching TV because it is an easy way to get in some form of core engagement especially after sitting at my desk all day.
It’s not loud either! I LOVE that it suctions to my floor too.

Excellent vibration plate!

This is an excellent vibration plate and a great value. It comes with multiple resistance bands including the handled ones that attach to the plate. The remote is a nice feature so you don’t have to bend over to turn it on and risk losing your balance. The machine is very quiet and I was nervous the vibration would transfer to the floor or make noise but the suction cups on the feet keep it stable and I’ve haven’t noticed any vibration transfer at my home. I can tell a difference in circulation and it feels good and stimulating to my muscles.
