Great for Blood Circulation

I’ve been using this Vibration Exercise Machine for 7 days straight. I got it to help with circulation and weight loss. I can feel a difference in my legs and calves even though I have not seen any weigh loss yet, it makes me sweat. I started sweating within 2 minute of walking with a low speed setting. I’m getting results from less swelling in my ankles and my thighs are tightening and toning up. I like the idea of having a remote but, it only works after holing and pushing the buttons a couple of times then it goes too fast as if it thinks that I’m still holding or pushing it. I’m still okay without using it. I love that it does not make a lot of noise and has different level of speed with walking, running and jogging levels. I like that you can adjust the time up and or down. It’s nice that it comes with exercise resistance bands. Now, I’m ready to see some weight loss.

Easy to use

I’ve been using this vibrating plate for five days, and while I can’t speak to the long-term benefits yet, I do like the adjustable vibration levels. It’s easy to switch between intensities, making it versatile for different preferences.

Very quiet

Received this vibration plate quickly, it works great & is very quiet when on. Has a 450 lb weight limit which means my husband can use it too. Been using it for 2 weeks & I feel great no more pain my legs. I think it’s even helping with varicose veins in my legs a little- need more time to tell . Will up again soon with more results. I did get on sale so the price was good too. Very happy with it & would buy again.

Wow what an improvement

I can say this has helped and been more useful than I could have expected. My whole body is feeling better. Usually working out feels like a chore when your body is sore but standing on this is the morning takes care of muscle and back pain from my poor sleeping. (I have sleep issues) and I feel ready to start me day. After my workout I do a 15 min arm and balance with this and it feels great. Made working out so much fun and the results are showing. My energy is up because I'm not sore. This has been an aid in pain relief. The circulation is great. Help with losen up musus from allergies.

Great Exercise Device

I’m really enjoying the vibration plate. It’s quite sturdy. I bought it to help strengthen my bones & improve my balance. It gives me a quick, challenging workout and fits neatly under one of our couches. So far I’m in the 10 minute setting but look forward to increasing my time on it.
