So firstly to clarify some of the other reviews on here:

The Remote: It does work you just have to hold it rather close to the devices display in order for it to register.

Instructions: I have no idea what the other reviews were talking about, they were simple and easy to follow with the use of common sense.

Pain Relief: I'm not using this machine for pain relief, however after the first couple uses my muscles started to ache - as they would be if you went for a run! I wouldn't advise using it if you have any hip or leg problems unless you keep it on the lower programmes or speeds. And only use it in short bursts to make up the 20 minutes you should only use it for a day

Shaking all over

Item arrived on time well packaged. Easy to set up and use. Just had to put battery in remote. I've used this since since I got it on the easy programme and hopefully will help with recovery from injury. I was recommended to drink a lot of wster to help with lymphatic drainage. I look forward every day to using this to aid recovery.

Easy to set up, powerful, quality, solid build

I wanted a vibration plate that I could use, that would also help my husband who is a stroke survivor with limited mobility. I have been on it three times so far. I love it, I squat and tighten my legs and bottom as it vibrates and it feels like it is doing something. To turn it on, press the button by the cable, then keep pressing the program P button until you hit the desired level and the start button. Adjust the time with the + and - button. I've hooked up to music, using the bluetooth, which was easy to pair up and had a decent volume when using the plate at level 5. My husband is no longer able to cycle, so needed something to get his legs moving, he loves it, not difficult to use, but he keeps his socks on and finds it good to sit on the edge of the brass bed, with his feet on the plate. It's given him something to focus on and I think he will do well with it. I am glad that I bought it and would highly recommend it.
