It gives you results equivalent to what you would get at a fitness club. It is easy to assemble and operate. It is lightweight and adjustable.

Great for the thighs!

It’s pretty good for the price I paid. I stayed in an apartment when I bought it and chose it for the convenience. It does seem a little awkwardly put together, but that may have just been user error. Didn’t do much for the abs.

Great summer activity

I work in emergency medical services and have recently noticed some pain in my legs when I go to bed; I am thinking sciatic nerve pain. I’ve been very careful, and I’ve stretched my hamstrings properly before each shift, but some nights my legs and hips ache and this is something new for me.

Great workout

I don’t usually write full reviews, but felt it necessary for those of you who need a little help and are looking for a really good workout machine.

It works

The little monitor has a few different settings keeping track of things like how long you've been going, how many sets you've done, calories burned, etc.
