Based on reviews I read, I was expecting to get something decent for the low price, but not that great. And at least a little dirty and worn.
What I received was much better than that. Everything is shiny and new, and in clean pristine condition. The weights look freshly painted and are clean, the bars and collars are shiny and chromed. The collars spin on and off quickly and easily. Everything fits tightly, there is no rattling or clanging. Nothing was dirty or greasy as some reviews reported - I started using these right out of the box and have not cleaned them. Maybe this seller has improved their quality control.
I would prefer the grips on the bars to be a little wider in diameter, but that is personal preference.
I am extremely pleased with this purchase. An incredible bargain at the current price as of December 2024
