VERY CUSHY!!

Unlike other yoga mats this one is THICK!! Fair warning it will arrived tightly wrapped and the curling at the end of the mat WILL subside. I let mine lay out for an hour and it flatted mostly on its own. I rolled it the opposite way overnight and it flattens even more. The material is a tad slippery just on my bare feet and hands during downdog, but overall the significance of the padding of this mat makes up for any slips! I wish it was available in other colors. When it IS I would definitely buy a second. Love this yoga mat, might be the best one I've ever used. Yes to this!

Comfortable and Supportive Yoga Mat

This yoga mat is well-sized at 70 inches long and 24 inches wide, making it a great fit for my height of 5'9". The thickness provides excellent cushioning and resiliency, ensuring comfort, whether standing or lying down during workouts.

Nice

This PAIDU Yoga Mat looks nice and feels very well made. The top is soft and comfortable, and it isn't flimsy as far as thickness. The bottom has a nice textured grippy surface which is cool. I only wish that the guys at PAIDU paired this with a better carrying strap. The included strap is fine, but it feels too basic for the mat itself.
