Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over £200.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries outside the U.S. International shipping rates and delivery times will vary. Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.


Lost or Damaged Packages

Lewis Luxury Living is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We recommend saving all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.
