However, I must mention that the step counts are not always spot-on. While they give a general idea of my activity, I've noticed that they may not be as accurate as some dedicated fitness trackers. It's a minor drawback, but if precise step counts are crucial for you, you might want to keep that in mind.

One standout feature that sets this Mini Stepper apart is the incorporation of apps for workouts. Having a variety of workout options at my fingertips has added a whole new dimension to my fitness routine. The apps provide guided sessions, keeping my workouts fresh and challenging. It's like having a personal trainer in my living room.

POV of a senior....perfect!

The biggest challenge was opening the box. I had this shipped so it came in two boxes. It is a bit on the heavy side but easier to move around than a treadmill for which I have no space or the patience to stow away everytime. I used to walk at least 6000 steps a day but this is a hot country and going out in the morning at 4 or 5 am is no longer an opton. I don't feel safe and I slipped and fractured a femur about 6 years ago. For anyone just beginning be warned it's a punishing machine. Start slow and work on your balance. HOLD on to something like a chair. I've tried it twice so far on very low resistance. I will increase this with time. Comes assembled (another plus), all you need to do is hook up the knob to adjust resistance. I don't intend to use the ropes just yet since i want to work on my lower body first and foremeost. You get a spare battery for the little counter which is pretty handy. You don't need electricity and we already have too many gadgets these days. The manual that comes with it is easy to understand. Overall an excellent machine to work those muscles. I would ask a doctor if you have health concerns......there is a warnng in the manual.Other than that I recommend it....no longer ties me to safety or weather concerns.
